Lean in Circle with Helen Massy

Coming in January 2026. The Shropshire Women in Business Lean In Circle is a small, supportive peer group that will meet to focus on personal growth and leadership style - not business development. The session explores a chosen topic such as confidence, boundaries, or work–life balance, using simple materials to spark meaningful conversation. It’s peer-led, not coaching or mentoring, and offers protected time to invest in your own self-development alongside others. Members leave with one small action to move them closer to their goals. Maximum of 8-10 women
